Business to Business Sales Executive

Media & Events | Relationship-Led | B2B

DCM Group is a specialist media, events and professional development business supporting Australia’s retirement living, aged care and seniors housing sectors. We work closely with operators, suppliers and sector leaders to create meaningful connections through trusted content, high-quality events and long-term partnerships.
We are looking for an experienced relationship-led B2B Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our media and events portfolio.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships and translating those connections into sustainable commercial outcomes. It is not a high-pressure, transactional sales role. Success comes from credibility, consistency and follow-through.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and engaging new partners aligned with DCM Group’s audience. You will work across our media, sponsorship and events offerings, developing tailored commercial solutions that deliver value for our clients and the business.
Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with B2B clients and partners
  • Manage and grow accounts across DCM Group’s media and events portfolio
  • Identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
  • Achieve agreed sales targets through repeat business and renewals
  • Generate and manage leads through events, referrals and inbound enquiries
  • Accurately manage all sales activity in HubSpot CRM (non-negotiable)

About you

  • Proven experience in relationship-led B2B sales
  • Background in media, events, sponsorship, advertising or professional services preferred
  • Confident engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop tailored solutions
  • Highly organised, reliable and disciplined in CRM usage
  • Comfortable working to targets while maintaining strong client relationships
