The Opportunity
Our exclusive client is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Professional to join their high-performing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead new sales and resales across two villages, working closely with Senior Management and Village Managers to deliver a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the operator, guiding residents and families through their options, hosting open homes, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving results.
This role is based in the existing village in West Gippsland and requires travel between there and the village under construction in East Gippsland.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary plus an attractive commission structure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle, from enquiry to contract completion and after-sales support
- Generating new business through networking, partnerships, and proactive outreach
- Meeting with prospective residents to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Building strong referral networks with financial planners, community groups, and local businesses
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
- Staying across industry trends, competitor activity, and local market opportunities
- Representing the client at community events and marketing activities
- Supporting marketing initiatives including open days, events, and engagement campaigns
About You
An experienced salesperson who is a confident communicator with a passion for helping people make meaningful lifestyle decisions. It may be helpful but not essential if you come from retirement living, land lease communities, real estate, or residential development/project sales. What matters most is your ability to build trust, drive results, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Bring
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
- Ability to implement sales strategies and manage your own pipeline
- Excellent communication skills across a range of audiences
- Solid administrative capability and confidence using IT systems
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage the sales journey end-to-end
- Understanding of how marketing and sales work together, including event coordination
Other Requirements
- Understanding of workplace OH&S
- Current Workplace Level II First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
