Our client is looking for someone to join there team in a part-time village manager role.
The Role
- Part time split across 3 days
- Located in Cooranbong in the Central Coast
- Smaller village with lovely residents
Key Responsibilities
- Improving and maintaining positive relationships with residents. staff and prospective residents;
- Management of administration, staff and maintenance of village;
- Looking after unit refurbishments; and
- Budget management.
About You
- Retirement living experience, perfect for someone who is looking to transition away from full-time work;
- Able to handle village management and operations;
- Able to deal effectively with people; and
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
